Conditions:

Notice of cancellation (including course cancellation or optional accreditation) must be in writing and will be subject to a cancellation fee as follows:

• Between 7 and 14 days prior to commencement - 25% of course fee
• Less than 7 days prior to commencement - 50% of course fee.

A substitute delegate is welcome. Please notify this office of the change. We reserve the right to change content and dates up to 7 days prior to commencement of the course. Payment is due on presentation of the invoice. Please ensure delegate is logged on to Zoom 10 minutes beforehand. The delegate can access Zoom through the web browser if the delegate does not have it downloaded.
